I am not getting a reset password or verification code or other emails from DragonFly

DragonFly sends emails in a variety of situations: password reset emails, verification codes, and game notifications - Here is what you can check on if you aren't receiving emails from DragonFly.

Please check the following if you aren't receiving emails from DragonFly:

  • Check your spam or junk folder. Certain email programs will sometimes flag these verification emails as spam.

  • If you are using a school or government email address: check with your IT department. There may be security features in place blocking our email from getting to you. The IT department can exempt any emails coming from help@dragonflyathletics.com via amazonses.com so the verification email gets through.

  • If you are NOT using a school or government email address: check your email settings and add help@dragonflyathletics.com to your trusted contacts (or similar) list. This will ensure that any emails coming from DragonFly are not filtered out.

  • Wait 24 hours: some emails can be delayed (this isn't ideal but if it's been 24 hours then there is likely some other issue causing the email to not be delivered).

 

In addition, you can try signing up with a different email or, if you already have an account, request a username change to a different email address.
