DragonFly's Emergency Medical Information (EMI) keeps important emergency details in one place, allowing authorized personnel to quickly access critical information when it's needed most.

 

How to Complete Your EMI

Option 1: Using the DragonFly Teams App

  1. Download or open the DragonFly Teams App on your iOS or Android device.
  2. Log in to your DragonFly account.
  3. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
  4. Locate your Emergency Medical Information (EMI) section.
  5. Fill out your emergency contacts, allergies, and medical information.

Option 2: Using the DragonFly Website

  1. Visit dragonflymax.com.
  2. Log in to your DragonFly account.
  3. On the Today page, locate the Emergency Medical Information banner.
  4. Click the banner to begin completing your EMI.
  5. Fill out your emergency contacts, allergies, and medical information.
