Troubleshooting ALSDE Academic Issues

Alabama school having trouble finding academic data, transcripts, and courses for your athletes? Please follow the steps provided by AHSAA in this guide.

When a blank search appears while looking to connect transcripts, please check the following:

1. Marking a student as an athlete

  • How a school ensures an athlete is correctly flagged as an athlete within PowerSchool.

2. Transfer student records

  • School confirms a transfer student has been fully removed from the previous school, and that the transcript has transferred completely to the new school within PowerSchool, so the information displayed correctly.

When an athlete is connected but has limited courses pulling, please check the following:
