Setting Up Fee Policies

Learn how to set up fee policies in DragonFly

 

Navigate to the Game Schedule to get started.

Click the Settings gear icon

Select Fee Policies

In the window that pops you you can find game and travel fee policies in their corresponding tabs. You can see and select any existing policies.

To add a new policy click Add Game Fee Policy at the bottom of the window.

Select the organization this policy applies to, the sports it is for, and you can designate what contest types or competitive seasons this policy applies to.

Enter a name for the policy and adjust any of the settings available to you below.

To select the positions the policy applies to, click Add Position to get started.

Select any applicable positions.

In the example below, we've applied it to Baseball officials with the positions of Plate Umpire, Base Umpire, Umpire, Plate, and U1.

Click Apply when you are finished making selections.

Enter your fees for each position selected in the last step.

When you are satisfied, click Save Policy.

Applying a Game Fee Policy in the Game Schedule

In the Game Schedule in the Pay view, click the dropdown in the 'Game Fee Policy' column to see available policies.

Click the eyeball icon to see a preview of its corresponding policy.

Select the policy you want to apply and confirm the change if prompted.
