How to sign up for your Texas THSCA Membership Card

See our quick guide on how to set up your THSCA membership card.

  1. Download the DragonFly Teams App.

  2. Create a DragonFly Athletics account in the app by selecting Sign Up, entering your email address, and creating a password.

  3. Go to the “Store” button located at the bottom of your phone screen.

  4. In the top left corner, click the drop down arrow and select THSCA | Texas High School Coaches Association Store.

  5. Select the 2026-27 THSCA Membership Card.

  6. Enter in your THSCA credentials: email, first name, last name, THSCA ID number, and upload or take a profile picture.

  7. Click order to complete the membership card set up and confirm.

  8. Find your new card in the “Cards” section of the app. 

Information must match the THSCA member portal exactly.

Review all entered information before submission and confirm your name, email, and THSCA Identification number match the member portal exactly!

If you are unsure whether your information matches the Texas database, contact THSCA support info@thsca.com before submitting.
