Note: These instructions are only for the rare case that your school does not exist in DragonFly. If you do not find your school when searching for it, first contact Customer Support to see if we can help find your school.
If you do not have an administrative role at the school you are searching for, please do not attempt to create a new school in DragonFly.
Step 1: From the lower left side of the screen, click [Your Name] > Then My Info from the drop down menu.
Step 2: On the next screen: Upper Right corner -
Step 3: Select your Role
Step 4: When asked for your school name, type it in
Step 5: Since the school you are creating is not in our school database, you will have to create it as if it were an organization other than a school first. We can add the official school details later.
Pick "I am not associated with a school or state association"
Step 6: Re-type the school name along with the city and state.
Then select Continue and your new school will be created. You will be automatically given DragonFly Admin authority to approve new users into your school.
Step 7: Please contact Customer Support once creating your new school and provide us the unique 6 digit school code created so we can help get you officially set up as a school in DragonFly!
