Step 1: Go to the Today Page
Log in to your DragonFly Athletics account and navigate to the Today page. Here, you will see your Registration status for each organization you are connected to, along with your current completion status.
Step 2: Select “Complete your Registration”
If you have registration requirements that still need to be completed, click the blue “Complete your Registration” button under the appropriate organization.
Alternatively, click “My Information,” then select the “Get Ready” tab. From the Get Ready dropdown, select the organization you would like to view. This will show a more detailed view of your registration status and remaining requirements.
Step 3: Review Your Registration Requirements
The Get Ready page shows your overall completion status and the individual requirements associated with your registration.
To complete a requirement, select the appropriate item and follow the prompts provided.
Step 4: Check the Status of Each Requirement
As you work through your registration requirements, you may see different status indicators:
- Done in green means the requirement has been successfully completed.
- Pending Approval in yellow means the requirement has been submitted and is waiting for administrator approval.
- Not Done in red means the requirement still needs to be completed.
- Not Done in blue indicates an optional item that is not required to complete your registration.
Once an item requiring administrator approval has been approved, its status will update accordingly.
Step 5: Confirm Your Registration Is Complete
Once all required registration items are complete and up to date, your Registration status on the Today page will show 100% complete.
