How to bulk-remove graduated athletes
Admins can quickly remove graduated athletes from a program while keeping their graduation records intact.
1. Navigate to the program you want to update.
2. Select the academic year.
3. Choose the graduation cutoff.
4. Confirm to remove graduated athletes from one program or all programs at once. Their roles and current-year team assignments will be removed and their graduation year does not change and stays on record.
It will show live progress as athletes are removed and flags any athletes who could not be successfully removed.
