How do I find the W-9 Financial Form?

For school administrators and your financial team a W-9 will be available to download anytime in your "School Funds" Tab.

1. Click on 'Manage Accounts'

2. Scroll to the bottom of that page and click on DragonFly W-9 under 'Financial Forms'.

3. From there a .PDF will be downloaded to your computer or device
