Per the NCHSAA, the host school is required to submit the Postseason Financial Form no later than 10 days following the date of the contest.
1. Log in to DragonFly on your computer's web browser and select 'Game Schedules' from the left-side menu.
2. Find your postseason contest within the game schedule. If you need help finding your contest, use the filters at the top of the screen to narrow the game list by date, game type, home team, school, etc.
3. If the postseason contest is a single game, click on it to open the right-side panel. If the contest is one of several games within a tournament bracket, click on the tournament to open the list of individual games or the bracket. Once you have found the game for which you're submitting a report, click on it to open the right-side panel.
4. Select the 'Documents' tab in the right-side panel.
5. Select the 'Create Document' button, then 'Post Season Financial Report' from the drop-down menu. Be sure to select the correct form for your round. It will read 'NCHSAA - Post-Season - Financial Report' with the options of 1st Round, 2nd Round, 3rd Round, 4th Round, Regional, and State Championship.
6. The form will appear in a pop-up modal. Input all information about participating schools, revenue, expenses, etc. within the fields of the form. Select 'Save and Finish Later' if you are not yet ready to submit the form. Select the 'Sign & Complete' button to submit this report to the NCHSAA.
7. You will see the status of the form within the 'Documents' section of the game. Select 'View Report' to revisit the report, or the trash can icon to delete the report.
