How do I cancel and reschedule a game?

Canceling a game on your schedule will notify those involved and give you the option of rescheduling.

1. Log in to DragonFly on your computer's web browser and select 'Game Schedules' from the left-side menu.

2. Find the game you would like to cancel and select the 'X' on the right side.

3. In the pop-up message at the top of the screen, select 'Yes' to cancel the game.

4. Once the game has been canceled, it will be marked 'Canceled' in the Status column. An email notification will be sent to the athletic directors, coaches, officials and assigners at the officials association.

5. To reschedule a game, select the circle icon on the right side of the game and select 'Yes' in the pop-up message at the top of the screen.

6. Enter all details about the rescheduled game in the 'Game Details' panel. Once the game has been rescheduled, an email notification will be sent to athletic directors, coaches, officials and assigners at the officials association.
