Do you need to approve/reject coach requirements?

APPROVING REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Login to DragonFly as an Administrator

  2. Click the 'Schools and People' tab in the left side menu

  3. Change the filters at the top to be for the current academic school year, "Coaches" and "Coach Eligibility"

  4. Click on the checkbox of the requirement that you need to approve, and at the bottom of the page click "Approve"

Login to DragonFly as an Administrator

Click the 'Schools and People' tab in the left side menu

Change the filters at the top to be for the current academic school year, "Coaches" and "Coach Eligibility"

Click on the checkbox of the requirement that you need to approve, and at the bottom of the page click "Approve"

***NOTE: You can also "Reject" if the document does not meet your requirements, or "Approve with Comments" if you'd like to indicate that you have the hardcopy on file, and need to satisfy the requirement in the checklist.

REQUIREMENTS THAT DO NOT APPLY:

  6. Enter a note about the requirement not being necessary for this particular type of coach
