DragonFly Teams is the official mobile app for DragonFly Athletics. Whether you're an athletic director, coach, parent, or student-athlete, DragonFly Teams keeps the information you need right in your pocket.

From digital membership cards to team messaging and schedules, DragonFly Teams helps everyone stay connected throughout the season.

Are you a contest official or staff with a local officials association? Check out the NFHS Center for Officials Services (COS) app to get access to everything you need for officiating.

Who can use the DragonFly Teams app?

DragonFly Teams is available to anyone who uses DragonFly Athletics, including:

• Athletic Directors
• Coaches
• School Administrators
• Parents
• Student-Athletes

Simply download the app from the App Store and Google Play and sign in using your existing DragonFly account.

What can athletic directors and coaches do in the app?

DragonFly Teams gives school staff access to many of the same tools they already use on the DragonFly website, optimized for mobile.

Depending on your school's setup, you may be able to:

• View digital membership and credential cards
• Access team rosters
• Send and receive team messages
• View a student athlete’s profile and emergency contact information
• Check student-athlete eligibility
• View practice and game schedules
• Access the DragonFly Zone (school store) to sell items throughout your school
• Manage your profile

What Can Parents and Student-Athletes Do?

Parents and student-athletes can use DragonFly Teams to stay connected throughout the season.

Additional features may become available as your school expands its use of DragonFly.

What is DragonFly Pro?

DragonFly Pro is an optional subscription that gives parents an enhanced experience throughout the season.

DragonFly Pro includes:

• Text message updates
• Calendar sync
• Two-way messaging with coaches
• $5 from every monthly subscription goes back to your school's athletic program

DragonFly remains free to use. DragonFly Pro is completely optional.

Where do I download DragonFly Teams?

DragonFly Teams is available for both iPhone and Android devices.

Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign in with your existing DragonFly account.

Do I need a new account?

No. Simply sign in using the same DragonFly account you already use on the website.

Is DragonFly Teams free?

Yes. DragonFly Teams is free to download and use. DragonFly Pro is an optional subscription for parents who would like additional convenience features.

Can school administrators still use the DragonFly website?

Yes.DragonFly Teams complements the DragonFly website by providing quick access to important information while you're away from your computer.

Does my school need to enable the app?

No. If your school uses DragonFly, you can sign in using your existing account. Some features may vary depending on how your school uses DragonFly.

Why don't I see all of the features?

The information available in DragonFly Teams depends on how your school uses DragonFly.

For example, if your school hasn't created team schedules or isn't using messaging, those features may not appear until they begin using them.

How do I upgrade to DragonFly Pro?

Parents can upgrade:

• During student-athlete registration
• Through in-app upgrade opportunities, like in the Profile or the Store
• From promotional emails

Within DragonFly Teams, tap Profile, then select "Am I DF Pro?" to learn more and subscribe.
