Game Assignments for Contest Officials
Now that you have blocks set up, learn how manage your game assignments
To find your assignments, navigate to Assignments in DragonFly.
This is the Assignments page. You can view Upcoming or Past Games by clicking at the top.
On each game, you can Reject or Accept.
If you choose to reject an assignment, you'll be prompted to provide a reason. This will be reported to your assigner.
If you click Accept Game you'll be asked to confirm.
Once a game has been accepted, this is what it will look like. Here you can see some basic information, including the time until the game, what your pay will be, and the name of the venue.

You can see a breakdown of all of your fees, as well as the assigner and other key individuals on the game.
You can also send emails to key people on a game. To do so, first click the message icon to start a message.
You can select who the message will go from the dropdown.
You can also access and complete game documents here, depending on the policies of your state.
To get started, click "Add Document" towards the bottom of the page. You will see game documents that have been set up for your state.
Understanding Assignments
Be sure to accept or reject your assignments in a timely manner. Depending on the policies of your state, the assignment may be automatically turned back if not accepted or rejected in a timely manner.
If you have already accepted an assignment that conflicts with a new assignment, you will not be able to accept both of them. If you wish to accept another assignment, please reach out to your assigner to have them remove you from the already accepted contest.
