DragonFly Pro: Stay in Sync All Season Long

Sports season happens fast. DragonFly Pro is there to help you keep it all organized.

 DragonFly Pro is an optional, parent upgrade that helps families stay connected to their athlete's team, keep schedules synced, and support their school's athletic program. 

What do I get with DragonFly Pro?

Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, DragonFly Pro subscribers will have access to:

1. Text Message Updates

  • Receive team messages by text message (SMS) so you never miss important updates or have to constantly check the app.

2. Calendar Sync

  • Sync your team's schedule directly to your personal calendar. Games, practices, and events stay up to date automatically if changes are made.

3. Two-Way Messaging

  • Respond directly to messages from coaches and administrators through DragonFly.

4. Support Your School

  • $5 from every DragonFly Pro subscription goes back to your school's athletic program.

Is DragonFly Pro Required?

No. DragonFly Pro is a completely optional, enhanced experience. Parents can continue using DragonFly for registration, forms, and other standard features without upgrading.

What Happens If I Subscribe During Summer 2026?

Features will be available at different times as schools prepare for the 2026-27 school year.

Parents who subscribe during Summer 2026 will begin supporting their school's athletic program immediately, and will also receive text message notifications when coaches send messages through DragonFly. You may not hear from a coach until the school year starts.

When team calendars become available for the new school year, DragonFly Pro subscribers will receive instructions for syncing calendars and accessing additional Pro features.

How Does DragonFly Pro Support My School?

Every DragonFly Pro subscription includes a $5 contribution that goes back to your school's athletic program.

How much does DragonFly Pro cost?

DragonFly Pro is $10 per month.

How Is DragonFly Pro Different from DragonFly?

DragonFly remains free for schools, athletes, and parents to use for registration, forms, and athletic participation requirements.

DragonFly Pro adds convenience features that help parents stay informed and organized throughout the season, including:

  • Text message updates
  • Calendar sync
  • Two-way messaging
  • Support for your school's athletic program

How Do I Sign Up for DragonFly Pro?

Parents can subscribe to DragonFly Pro during their child’s registration, through in-app upgrade opportunities, or from promotional emails.

In the new DragonFly Teams app, a parent can select their Profile, then the “Am I DF Pro?” button at the top. This will take them to the optional upgrade.

How do I cancel my DragonFly Pro subscription?

DragonFly Pro subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Log into your account and select your profile. Navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab, where you can cancel your subscription.
