You can easily add physician contact information in DragonFly to keep the flow going at your mass physical exams.

Some of the important fields for physicians to complete on the electronic physical examination form are their contact information.  This information is required to complete each physical exam form.  But we don't want to slow things down at Mass Physicals Day forcing you to fill in the same information repeatedly.

Here's how you can setup your physician's contact information so they only have to add their signature at the end of the physical exam form:

  • Go to "Schools & People", then "Set Up School"

  • Next, click the button that says "Add A Physician"

  • Fill in the needed information (Physician Name, Address, Phone Number, and NPI number).

  • Once that information is saved, the physician (or scribe) can simply select their name from the "Select Physician" button at the bottom of the Physical Examination Form and all of their information will be entered automatically.

Go to "Schools & People", then "Set Up School"

Next, click the button that says "Add A Physician"

Fill in the needed information (Physician Name, Address, Phone Number, and NPI number).

Once that information is saved, the physician (or scribe) can simply select their name from the "Select Physician" button at the bottom of the Physical Examination Form and all of their information will be entered automatically.
